Born in 1974 in Moscow.

In 2000, graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Geneva in Switzerland with a degree in international law.

From 2000 heads Grammatikov & Partners international law firm.

In 2005 founded the Union of football players and coaches (Russia), contributed to formation and development of the football players union in Ukraine.

Well-known players rights activist. Under Nikolai’s leadership, the players union represented hundreds of players in various disputes within national and international sports judicial bodies. The union set important precedents and achieved landmark rulings that played crucial role in significant improvement of players rights protection on a global scale.

In 2013 created and organized United tournament between top Russian and Ukrainian football clubs.
